  2. Financial assistance – As per the scheme details, the patient will be able to get a support sum of Rs. 5000 after being discharged from the hospital.

  5. Financial background certificate – The applicants need to furnish documents, which highlight that they come from financially weak backgrounds.

The Chief Minister of the state has announced that the scheme will be launched soon.
